Termos e Condições

1. Toda comunicação relacionada às comissões deve ser feita através do Discord ou Twitter. Evite enviar mensagens relacionadas a comissões por meio de mais de uma plataforma.
2. Eu não trabalho durante os finais de semana para poder focar em projetos pessoais, por favor não insista.
3. O cliente é responsável por fornecer referências de imagem e/ou referências textuais claras e precisas.
4. O artista reserva-se o direito de recusar ou cancelar e reembolsar uma encomenda a qualquer momento.
5. O pagamento só será aceito através do Paypal para encomendas internacionais e também por PIX para nacionais. O artista não iniciará o projeto até que o trabalho seja pelo menos 50% pago.
6. Política de reembolso: Após a aprovação do rascunho e início da lineart o reembolso terá uma taxa a ser decidida pelo artista e cliente.
7. Revisões: O cliente tem direito a 2 revisões por estágio.
8. O artista reserva-se o direito de exibir publicamente obras de arte comissionadas da forma que desejar. Se o cliente desejar que uma comissão seja mantida em sigilo, deve declarar isso no momento do pedido.
9. Emotes: O cliente é responsável por garantir que a arte obedeça aos termos de serviço da plataforma. O artista não se responsabiliza por emotes rejeitados pelo Twitch ou qualquer outra arte comissionada rejeitada por qualquer outro serviço ou organização.
10. Não é permitida nenhuma alteração nos meus desenhos, models ou rigging, qualquer mudança só pode ser feita pelo artista responsável.
11. O prazo de entrega de desenhos é de 2 a 4 semanas, para outros produtos o prazo pode variar.
12. Pedidos urgentes: caso precise fazer um pedido urgente, diga diretamente na minha DM e poderemos ver o que pode ser feito.
13. Por favor, não demore mais de 48 horas para responder a quaisquer atualizações, avise-me com antecedência que você estará ausente e eu colocarei seu pedido em espera

1. All communication related to commissions must be done through Discord or Twitter. Avoid sending commission-related messages through more than one platform.
2. I don't work on weekends so I can focus on personal projects, please don't insist.
3. The customer is responsible for providing clear and accurate image references and/or textual references.
4. The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel and refund an order at any time.
5. Payment will only be accepted through Paypal for international orders and also by PIX for national orders. The artist will not start the project until the work is at least 50% paid.
6. Refund Policy: After approval of the sketch and start of lineart the refund will have a fee to be decided by the artist and client.
7. Revisions: The client is entitled to 2 revisions per stage.
8. The artist reserves the right to publicly display commissioned artwork in any way he wishes. If the customer wants a commission to be kept confidential, he must state this at the time of ordering.
9. Emotes: The client is responsible for ensuring that the artwork complies with the platform's terms of service. The artist is not responsible for emotes rejected by Twitch or any other commissioned art rejected by any other service or organization.
10. No changes are allowed to my drawings, models or rigging, any changes can only be made by the responsible artist.
11. The delivery time for drawings is 2 to 4 weeks, for other products the time may vary.
12. Urgent Orders: If you need to place an urgent order, let me know directly in my DM and we can see what can be done.
13. Please do not take more than 48 hours to respond to any updates, let me know in advance that you will be absent and I will put your order on hold
